LPS1175

LPS 1175 is a Loss Prevention Certification Board standard covering physical security products and consists of a number of security ratings with test requirements of increasing intensity. These relate to the tools used for attack, the amount of time the attacker has available and the level of noise created during the attack.

Details of the LPS1175 ratings and attack tools can be found in the standard which can be downloaded here: http://www.redbooklive.com/download/pdf/LPS-1175.pdf

SR3 tests simulate a pre-meditated forced entry using tools specifically chosen for the purposes of breaking and entering, including battery operated power tools.

Secured by Design

Secured by Design (SBD) is the initiative from the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) that aims to reduce crime through effective environmental design. The scheme also calls for the installation of security products that meet police-approved standards.

Gaining SBD approval for the X15 demonstrates our commitment to safety and sustainability and provides our valued customers with reassurance that our product matches performance claims.
