Do you make fire doors?

We make fire rated doors tested and certified up to 4 hours, but for more information and guidance on this complex subject, please contact us.

I'm not sure if I need a fire door or an escape door. What's the difference?

A fire door will resist fire for a certain time, while the more commonly used escape door has special locking equipment to allow a rapid exit. For more information, see our Knowledge Base item: Fire door or Escape door?

The standard sizes don't fit the opening. Can I have a special size to fit exactly?

Yes, we can easily make special sizes for an exact fit. If you are designing for a new project, we can recommend a suitable size.

Can you provide AutoCAD drawings of your doors?

All AutoCad drawings are available to view on the door pages of the website. Alternatively you can access these on the Downloads page of the website. If you do however require a specific drawing for your door, please contact us.

I'm not really sure what I need. Can you help?

Of course. We are always pleased to give advice, so please contact us.

Can I have something that isn't on the website?

Very likely. We make special doorsets to meet particular needs. Please contact us and discuss your project.

Can I have another colour instead of your standard colours?

Yes, we powder coat in-house, so you can choose from the standard RAL or BS4800 colour ranges. Our G15 doorsets are also available in plastisol, stainless steel, and wood effect steel construction.

Where are the doors made?

All the doors are made at our factory in Lincoln, UK.

Do the doors have frames?

Yes, the doorsets include a frame, and are supplied completely assembled.

Do you have any local distributors or agents in the UK, or around the world?

We handle all enquiries directly from our Lincoln base.

Are your doors available ex-stock?

No, all our products are made to order, so that each doorset meets your exact requirements.
